Nestled in the heart of Parnell, this 650sqm space was reimagined into a modern “resi-mercial” environment—blending the comfort and warmth of residential design with the practicality and performance of a commercial workplace.
The brief focused on creating a welcoming, collaborative environment that would inspire creativity, foster in-person collaboration, and encourage the team’s return to the office post-Covid.

The result is a sophisticated, light-filled space that supports both individual focus and team connection, perfectly aligning with Pavé’s new brand direction and future ambitions.
